施工单位在招投标及合同签订活动中经常遇到一些不利于己方的行为,需要加强法律意识,培养专业性人才,在招投标及合同签订活动中加强风险防范,维护企业利益,使企业能够顺利中标,实现经济效益,使国有资产合理配置得到法律保障。
Construction units may often meet some behaviors to their disadvantage in tendering and contract signing.Therefore,they should strengthen their legal sense,train professional talents,enhance their sense of risk prevention and protect the interests of enterprises to successfully win the bid and achieve the economic efficiency for the legal guarantee of the allocation of state-owned assets.
