文章主要介绍了目前参考咨询的主要形式,回顾了山西农业大学图书馆参考咨询的现状,分析了制约发展的因素并提出相关建议。
The paper mainly introduces several forms of reference service,and considering the current situation of the reference service of the library of Shanxi Agricultural University,points out some factors hindering the development and gives some suggestions.
