文章从新农村规划建设管理的角度出发,探讨了现阶段社会主义新农村建设中规划管理面临的现状、问题及难点,提出了新农村规划应遵循的具体原则及破解问题应采取的对策、建议。

The paper probes into the current situation,problems and difficulties in planning and construction management of new socialist rural areas in the new stage and proposes some principles of planning and countermeasures against the problems.
