舒喉香精对被动吸烟所致小鼠支气管炎病理变化的影响

Protective effect of the cooling throat flavor on lung injury induced by passive smoking in mice

目的:观察舒喉香精对烟草所致小鼠支气管炎损伤的改善作用。方法:复制被动吸烟小鼠慢性支气管炎模型,全程21d。灌胃给予小鼠舒喉香精,观察小鼠气管、支气管上皮细胞病理变化。结果:高剂量的舒喉香精可较好地减轻被动吸烟所致小鼠气道损伤。结论:舒喉香精对被动吸烟造成的小鼠肺损伤有保护作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the influences of sive smoking in mice. METHODS The passive smoking the cooling throat flavor on the lung injury caused by continuous models were established in mice to study the lung histopathology. SULTS The cooling throat flavor significantly reduced the lung injury in mice models of passive smoking. CONCLUSION cooling throat flavor has protective effects on the lung injury caused by passive smoking in mice.
