苦芪滴丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of Sophora flavescens Ait and astragalus dropping pills on immune function in mice

目的:研究苦芪滴丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨苦芪滴丸调节机体免疫功能的作用。方法:酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测血清中的白介素2(IL-2)水平,微量溶血分光光度法检测血清溶血素的生成,显微镜下观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果:苦芪滴丸能够促进血清中IL-2的水平和血清溶血素的生成以及增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论:苦芪滴丸具有增强和调节机体免疫功能的作用。

OBJECTIVE To study effects of Sophora flavescens Ait and astragalus dropping pills on immune function in mice,and discuss the action of Sophora flavescens Ait and astragalus dropping pills regulating body immune function. METH- ODS The IL-2 level in blood serum was determined by ELISA method; the generation of serum hemolysin was measured by micro hemolysis sepctrophotometry; and the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages was obserued by microscope. RESULTS Sophora flavescens Ait and astragalus dropping pills can promote the IL-2 level in blood serum and the generation of serum hemolysin and it can even reinforce the function of peritoneal maerophages. CONCLUSION Sophora flavescens Ait and astraga- lus dropping pills have the function of strengthening and regulating body immune function.
