互为内标法测定人体血浆中米氮平与氯氮平的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定人体血浆中米氮平与氯氮平。方法:色谱柱为美国Diamonsil C18反相柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.3%正丁胺溶液(80∶20),流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长292nm。结果:米氮平和氯氮平血浆质量浓度均在0.1~20.0mg.L-1范围内,线性关系良好,定量下限均为0.05mg.L-1。结论:该法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高、重复性好等优点,适于米氮平和氯氮平的临床研究与不良反应监测。 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC assay for the determination of mirtazapine and clozapine in human plasma. METHODS Column was Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm);Mobile phase was MeOH:0. 3% n-butylamine(80:20), the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 ;UV wavelength was at 292 nm. RESULTS Within a concentration range of 0. 1 - 20. 0 mg. L -1,the calibration curve of mirtazapine and clozapine both had a good linearity. The lower limit of quantitation was both 0. 05 mg.L -1. CONCLUSION HPLC appears to be rapid,convenient, sensitive and reproducible method for clinical research and adverse reaction study of mirtazapine and clozapine.
