高效液相色谱法考察注射用硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液配伍的稳定性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:考察注射用硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液配伍的稳定性,为临床合理使用硫酸头孢匹罗提供科学依据。方法:在25℃将硫酸头孢匹罗分别与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液、木糖醇注射液配伍,在24h内观察配伍液的外观,测定pH值,用高效液相色谱法测定硫酸头孢匹罗的含量。结果:硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液配伍24h内含量>90%,pH值、溶液外观无明显变化。结论:硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液在25℃、24h内配伍稳定。
