摘要
运用不共轴光学系统的光路计算和象质评价理论,通过共轴光学系统中光学表面、光学元件、部件的小位移和微倾斜,对切比雪夫综合象质函数计算其相应的有限差分,以掌握各种离轴性误差对象质的危害程度;再按多元函数的极值理论和适应性优化技术自动求解共轴光学系统中各种离轴性公差,并进行反馈和非线性处理;达到公差的最优化分配。
By use of the light path calculation and image quality evaluation theory in non coaxial optical system,we calculate the corresponding limited differential in Tchebycheff image quality function through the micro displacement and micro tilt of optical surface,optical element and component,thus the influence degree of various kind of off axis errors on image quality can be obtained.The various off axis tolerances in a coaxial optical system can be obtained according to the extremum theory of multi element function and the adaptive optimizing technique.The optimal distribution of the tolerances can be realized through feedback and nonlinear processing.
