The young women with endometrial cancer who have not achieved their fertility function often seek therapeutic options to preserve future fertility. The goal of this article is to review the available literature on fertility-sparing therapy for young women with endometrial cancer. Patient selection, pretreatment evaluation, treatment regimens, response rates and pregnancy outcomes will be explored.
