摘要
该文就动脉灌注化疗(动脉化疗)在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用历史、基础研究和临床研究方面进行了阐述。提出了妇科恶性肿瘤动脉化疗的两个阶段,系统地总结了动脉化疗的用药原则及后续治疗原则,并指出动脉化疗目前存在的问题及研究方向。
This paper not only described the application history, basic research and clinical research of arterial chemotherapy for gynecologic malignant tumor but also divided the phase into two stages. The systematic summary associated with the principle of medication and successive treatments are introduced.At the same time, the issues about arterial chemotherapy and the research direction are posing.
