Management of cervical cancer during pregnancy mainly depends on the stage of the disease, histological subtype of the tumor, term of the pregnancy, whether the patient wishes to continue the current pregnancy, and/or her further child-bearing desire. This article discussed several important issues related to pregnant patients with invasive cervical cancer, including diagnostic procedures performed in pregnant women suspected of cervical cancer, the use of modem imaging modalities in staging, treatment choices, treatment delay and mode of delivery.
