双波长分光光度法连续测定血清中铜和锌

CONSECUTIVE DETERMINATION OF COPPER AND ZINC IN SERUM WITH DUAL.WAVELENGTH SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD

摘要 以锌试剂为显色剂,在普通分光光度计上用双波长分光光度法连续测定血清中铜和锌.测得健康人血清中铜浓度为15.42μmol/L,锌浓度为16.83μmol/L,回收率分别为96%~102%和93%~104%,标准偏差分别为0.04和0.05,变异系数分别为3.8%和4.9%.提示该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度. Consecutive determination of Cu and Zn in serum was carried out successfully by dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method, using Zincon as colour-forming reagent. Serum concentrations of copper and zinc in the sera of normal persons as determined by this method were 15.42 μmol/L and 16.83 μmol/L respectively. The standard deviations of determination were 0.04 and 0.05 respectively. The coefficients of variation were 3.8% and 4.9% respectively.
