摘要
介绍了一种用于线阵CCD高速数据采集的方法和系统,用双CCD图象存储体逐场存储CCD信号,CPU直接对存储体进行寻址运算的原理,并用8097单片机构成的16位数据总线CPU单元,实现了CCD信号的高速采集及处理。该系统已在形位误差测量:大型工件平行度、垂直度测量中得到了应用。
A high speed data acquisition and processing system for linear CCD is presented in the paper.A double storage memory structure is used to store the linear CCD image which is grabed frame by frame.The storage memory can be addressed by the CPU directly.The high speed data acquisition and processing of CCD signals have been implemented with 16 bits bus CPU including 8097 single chip computer.The system has been applied to the measurements of parallelism and perpendicularity of large size workpieces.
