摘要
根据锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷堆(PZT)的逆压电效应,。设计了以8031单片机为核心的压电陶瓷堆微位移器,提高了PZT的线性,从而满足了在天文自适应系统中所要求的精确微位移的应用。
Based on the inverse piezoelectric effect of lead zirconium titanate (PZT),a PZT microdisplacement shifter with 8031 single chip computer is designed.Thus the linearity of PZT is improved and the application of precision microdisplacement required in adaptive optics is satisfied.
