摘要 介绍一种双纵模激光器的稳频装置原理及其电源电路。对稳频机理进行了理论分析,并说明具体调整方法。该光源采用新的热稳频原理,在普通的全内腔HeNe激光器上获得了与塞曼型稳频激光器同一量极的稳频精度,具有成本低,稳频装置简单的特点。它的拍频频率为650MHz,稳定度为1×10-71×10-8,用作双频激光干涉仪光源。 The principle of a frequency stabilizing unit and its power circuit for a double longitudinal mode laser are introduced.The theoretical analysis for the frequency stabilizing mechanism is carried out and the concrete adjustment method is described.A new thermal frequency stabilizing principle is applied to the light source.A frequency stabilizing accuracy which is the same as the magnitude of Zeeman type frequency stabilizing laser is obtained in a common total intracavity He Ne Laser.It has the advantages of low cost and simple frequency stabilizing unit.Its beat frequency is 650MHz,stability 1×10 -7  ̄1×10 -8 . The unit is used as light source for double frequency laser interferometer.
