摘要
描述了作为色散元件的声光可调滤光器(AOTF)的结构及滤光器的驱动频率fa和衍射光波长λ0的调谐特性。着重对不同物质的吸收光谱进行了测试,测试结果表明,不同物质有其不同的吸收光谱,而吸收光谱可反映物质内部的许多信息。
The constitution of an acousto optic tunable filter using as dispersion element,the tuning features of driving frequency f a of the filter with diffraction light wavelength λ 0 are described.The absorbing spectra of the different matters were tested in particular.The tested results show that different matters have their own spectra,respectively.The absorbing spectrum can reflect many data within a matter,this can provide a effective method for studying the microstructure within a matter.
