湖北省跆拳道运动现状及发展对策研究

State quo of Taekwondo and its Development in Hubei Province

采用文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析等研究方法,对湖北省竞技跆拳道的发展现状及影响竞技成绩的因素进行了分析研究;针对大众跆拳道运动开展中出现的职能部门管理存在不足,市场混乱等问题,提出整改措施:加强大中小结合与梯队建设;以科学发展观为指导,制定总体发展思路;加强教练员、裁判员业务培训,扩大对外交流;加强科学研究,形成独特的管理、教学训练体系;竞技夺牌与大众健身相结合,采取科学的发展策略。

Adopting the methods of documentation,statistics and comparison,the authors analyzes the current situation of development and the influential factors of competitive taekwondo in Hubei Province.To solve the problems of insufficient management by the functional departments,market distortion and so forth in popular taekwondo movement,this paper presents rectification measures： improving the construction of echelon,drawing up general development idea,enhancing the training of coaches and judges,expanding international exchange,combining competition and popularity,establishing academic management system,and using scientific development strategy.
