影响我国跳高运动水平滞后的后备人才因素分析

Analysis of the Factor of Influencing the Stagnation of High Jump Reserves in China

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法分析研究我国跳高运动目前的状况以及21世纪我国跳高运动后备人才的基本现状。研究结果表明目前我国跳高运动水平处于停滞阶段,其在后备人才因素方面的原因具体表现为:运动员的选拔途径单一,选材手段缺乏科学性和全面性,跳高运动群众基础薄弱。后备力量成材率较低,教育系统训练资源短缺,难以建立后备人才培养体系。并提出我国跳高运动后备人才可持续发展的几点对策。

Through literary review,survey,and interview,the paper analyzes the status quo of high jump and its reserves in China in the 21st century.The result shows that the level of high jump in China is stagnating,manifested in the factor of reserves are as follows： simple selective methods,unscientific and incomprehensive way in choosing talents,and weak mass bases on high jump.The paper also analyzes the relatively low percentage of turning the reserves into good sportspersons and shortage of training resources in educational system.In addition,the difficulties in establishing training system of reserves are also analyzed in the paper.Furthermore,some suggestions are proposed in order to guarantee the sustainable development of the reserves of high jump in China.
