摘要
通过文献检索研究营养学手段、物理疗法、中医药及光电技术在运动性疲劳恢复中的潜在应用,特别是近年来光电技术在体育领域中广泛应用。光生物调节作用(PBM)可以抑制细胞凋亡,色光疗法、低强度激光针灸和鼻腔内低强度激光照射可以调节植物神经功能和昼夜节律,它们具有防治运动性疲劳的潜在价值。
Nutrition research methods,physical therapy,Chinese traditional medicine and photovoltaic technology which have potential applications in the exercise-induced fatigue recovery,especially optical technology is widely used in sports fields in recent years.Photobiomodulation can inhibit apoptosis,and chromophoto therapy,low intensity laser acupuncture and endonasal low intensity laser therapy,all of which can modulate the function of autonomic nervous system and circadian rhythm,can be the possible approaches to delay or eliminate exercise-induced fatigue.
