摘要 目的探讨标准化病人应用于妇产科护理技能教学的效果。方法选取160名本科护生随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用"仿真模型人"辅以教师标准化病人(teachers standardized patient,TSP)开展护理技能教学,对照组仍采用传统的"示教—练习—指导"的技能教学模式,教学结束后进行考核,分析比较两种教学方法的效果,并对本科护生及TSP进行教学效果评价调查。结果TSP教学组护生总体考试成绩明显优于传统教学组(χ2=10.831,P<0.05),TSP教学效果受到本科护生及TSP的好评。结论TSP教学效果明显,值得进一步推广应用于护理学各专业课程的教学中。 Objective To explore the effect of application of standardized patient in gynecological and obstetric nursing skills teaching. Methods A total of 160 nursing undergraduates were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The gynecological and obstetric nursing skill teaching for the experiment group was conducted by means of simulated model supplemented with teachers standardized patient (TSP), while for the control group, the conventional demonstration-practice- guidance method was adopted. At the end of the teaching, evaluation and examination were carried out and the effects of the two teaching methods were compared. Results The TSP group scored significantly better in the examination than the control group (X2= 10.831, P〈0.05), with the teaching for the former receiving wide acclaim from the students and TSPs. Conclusion The teaching method employing TSP yields distinctly good results and is therefore worth popularization in the teaching in the various specialized nursing disciplines.
