从公共图书馆发展趋势及对工作人员的要求入手,分析了目前公共图书馆在人力资源建设方面所存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

Starting from the development trend of public library and its requirements for the librarians, this paper analyzes the problems existing currently in the human resource construction of public library, and puts forward some countermeasures.
