This paper introduces the related conceptions of counter-competitive Intelligence and counter-competitive intelligence capacity,discusses the relationship between counter-competitive intelligence capacity and enterprise＇s counter-competitive intelligence system, analyzes some factors influencing enterprise＇s counter-competitive intelligence capacity from the internal and the external, and puts forward some related countermeasures for strengthening enterprise＇ s counter-competitive information capacity.
