论国企改革后新型劳动关系的建立

摘要 介绍了国企主辅分离、辅业改制的意义、目的,提出了在充分利用好"三类资产"、鼓励改制员工将个人经济补偿金作为改制后企业的股权的基础上,建立起以产权为纽带的新型劳动关系的建议。 This paper introduces the significance and targets of separating secondary lines of business from core business and turning secondary lines into independent companies in state-owned enterprises, and puts forward the suggestion on establishing a new type of labor relations connected by property right based on making full use of three kinds of assets and encouraging the staff and workers in the reformed enterprises take their own economic compensation as their stock right of the reformed enterprises.
