摘要
针对层流冷却过程中冷却精度低的问题,提出一种基于加权多模型的控制方法.首先对历史数据丰富的中厚板,实现精确控制.对于生产批次少、生产量小的中厚板,采用多个模型加权的方法获得加权冷却模型,并在线提高终冷温度的控制精度.对于首次出现的中厚板,利用最接近该厚度的加权系数实现初始控制,同时实时调整加权系数,以满足控制精度的要求.仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性.
To improve the precision of the laminar cooling process,a weighted multiple models control method(WMMC) is proposed.Based on the prior information and abundant producing data,multiple fixed models are concluded to realize precise control.Because of the lack of the data,a weighting multiple models is utilized to get the cooling model and is tuned online to improve the control precision.But for the unknown medium plate,the weighting parameter whose thickness is nearest to the unknown one is given out to realize the initial control.Finally,the result shows the effectiveness of the proposed WMMC design method.
