产功能性油脂微生物的筛选及鉴定

Screening and identification of a strain producing functional oils

从海水中筛选产功能性油脂的微生物,经菌株分离培养,发酵培养,用苏丹黑染色法得到4株产油脂菌株。对4株菌株的产油量和脂肪酸组成分析表明,该4株菌株有较强的合成功能性油脂的能力,并对能够合成DHA的11-6号菌株进行了初步鉴定,确定为乳糖红酵母。

The producing functional oils strains （PFLS） were screened from seawater. After isolated culture, fermentation and Sudan B dying, 4 PFLSs were obtained. The oil output and fatty acid composition analysis showed that the 4 PFLSs had strong ability of synthesizing functional oils, and the 11-6 strain producing DHA was identified to be Rhodothece glutinis.
