摘要
热榨是一种传统的制油工艺,在国内植物油厂被普遍采用。冷榨是近几年国内新研究的一种制油工艺。热榨工艺出油率较高,但因高温高压作用降低了饼粕蛋白质量,造成营养损失;冷榨工艺虽然保证了饼粕质量,但因设备产量低、不稳定,无法满足大型油脂加工厂的需要。鉴于此原因,我们提出了低温压榨,即在保证饼粕蛋白质量及出油率的前提下,以适宜的较低温度进行油料压榨。DZY338型螺旋低温预榨机实现了油菜籽的低温压榨,既保证了饼粕中蛋白的低变性,又保证了出油率,提高了单机处理量,为大型油脂加工厂提供了理想的设备。
Hot - press is a traditional process of pressing oil, and it is widely used in domestic vegetable oil factory. Cold - press is a new process technology in our country. The hot - press process can get high oil yield, but the quality of the cake (meal) were damaged because of high temperature and high pressure;cold -press can ensure the quality of the cake (meal), but the equipments had lower production, and are not stable,the cold - press can not satisfy the needs of large - scale oil processing factories. For this reason, the technology of low temperature press was proposed, which could ensure the quality of the cake (meal) and the oil yield. DZY338 low temperature screw pre -press could reach the need of the low temperature press technology, and the capacity of single machine was improved.
