摘要
采用单因素设计,用超声波辅助法提取了木兰科植物华中木兰和乐昌含笑的种子油,同时用GC-MS技术测定分析了种子油的脂肪酸组成。结果表明,在以石油醚作提取剂,料液比1∶7,提取时间40min,提取温度70℃的最佳条件下,华中木兰种子油的提取率为14.53%,乐昌含笑种子油的提取率为29.34%。两种植物种子油中均含有棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸和硬脂酸,其中华中木兰种子油中亚油酸的相对含量为58.42%,乐昌含笑种子油中亚油酸的相对含量为64.53%。
The ultrasonic - assisted extraction of seed oils from Magnolia glabrata and Michelia chapensis in Magnoliaceae was performed by single factor test, and the fatty acid compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS). The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows : petroleum ether as the extraction solvent, ratio of material to solution 1 : 7, extraction time 40 rain, extraction temperature 70℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Magnolia glabrata seed oil was 14.53%, and that of Magnolia chapensis was 29.34%. GC - MS analysis revealed that the seed oils of the two plants contained palmitic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid. The relative content of linoleic acid in Magnolia glabrata was 58.42% ,and that in Magnolia chapensis was 64.53%.
