摘要 针对某石化企业400万吨高压加氢裂化装置,为提高操作人员的操作能力和技术水平,培训器采用建立机理动态仿真模型,通过集成工艺仿真软件、仿DCS学员站软件和总体监控软件,开发出高压加氢裂化装置动态仿真培训系统。系统可设置复杂事故11项,实现了实时切换开工、停工、正常培训的功能,具有较完善的评分系统。仿真实验表明,仿真值与设计值的相对误差均在3%以内,符合动态仿真的精度要求,能够真实反映装置的开停车和生产事故的动态特性,在培训过程中取得了良好效果。 As background of four million tons of high pressure hydrocracking unit of a petrochemical enterprise, dynamic mechanism model was established. Through integrating process simulation software, DCS operator station software and overall monitoring software, a chemical process dynamic simulation and training system of high pressure hydrocraeking unit was developed. The system can set eleven complex incidents. It realized the function of start - up or shutdown of the plant and normal production. A better scoring system was also prepared in the system. By valida- ting simulation system, relative errors of the simulated values and design values were less than 3%. Besides good precision of dynamic simulation, the start - up or shutdown of the plant and dynamic response of accident were reflec- ted well. A good result was obtained in the training process.
