基于数值模拟的全钢活塞温度场研究

Study of the temperature field of steel piston based on numerical simulation

摘要 利用有限元分析软件MSC.NASTRAN,结合活塞传热边界条件,对某新型柴油机全钢活塞温度场进行了计算。通过与传统铝活塞的对比,验证了全钢活塞及其结构的可行性,为进一步分析活塞的机械负荷及热机耦合提供依据。 Using MSC NASTRAN software and combining the heat transfer boundary conditions of piston,in a new diesel engine example,the temperature field of a diesel engine steel piston was calculated. The piston was compared with traditional aluminum piston. The result shows that the steel piston structure is feasible.
