摘要
为了探索提高落叶松苗木质量,增加抵抗寒、旱的能力,以利苗木越冬,提高造林保存率,利用2年生落叶松苗木作为参试材料,分别用缩节胺10mg/100g、20mg/100g、30mg/100g,多效唑10mg/100g、30mg/100g、50mg/100g,乙烯利300倍液、500倍液、700倍液,在苗木生长期进行不同时间、不同次数的叶面喷洒处理,求得须根/主根、根/茎、茎部0~5cm木质含量。试验结果以缩节胺20mg/100g、多效唑30mg/100g于8月喷洒苗木为好;而乙烯利用300倍液,处理4次,时间以苗木生长后期为好。
This research was carried out to heighten the cold and drought resistance of Larix gmelini seedling, so as to heighten the survival rate of plantation. The test method was: In different time of seedling growth stage, spraying Larix gmelini seedling of 2 years with DMPC (100mg/L, 200mg/L, 300mg/L), PP 333 (100mg/L, 300mg/L, 500mg/L) and ELS aqueous solution 1∶300, 1∶500, 1∶700(v/v) for different frequencies, so work out 2 mass ratio (fibrous root to taproot, root to stem) and xylon content of stem (5cm range accounts from the stem apex). The research results indicated that spraying Larix gmelini seedling with DMPC (200mg/L) and PP 333 (300mg/L) in August can improve the cold and drought resistance of seedling, moreover, the effect of spraying Larix gmelini seedling with ELS aqueous solution 1∶300(v/v) for 4 times in the late growth stage of seedling was also good.
