铁氮化合物Ising模型的相变研究

摘要 在考虑最近邻相互作用下,对类Fe4N结构的混自旋Ising模型,采用平均场理论,推导出系统的磁矩和自由能公式,并利用数值计算方法,给出了系统的磁化曲线和相图。发现了非常丰富的相变现象,特别是一级相变现象和重入现象,较全面地分析了系统的相变规律。 The mixed-spin Ising model with Fe4N structure in the nearest neighbor interaction system was studied within the mean-field theory. The theoretic expressions of magnetization and free energy were deduced. Through numerical calculation the magnetization curves and phase diagrams are obtained. There are abundant phenomenons of phase transitions in the system, especially the first order phase transitions and reentrant phenomena. An overall analysis of the phase transition law in the system is got.
