基于DRM的政务数据调度模型研究与实现

Research and implementation of government data transfer model based on DRM

为了保证政务信息资源有效共享与交换,实现政务部门不同业务系统、不同类型政务数据转换和重用,最终构建政务一体化。基于电子政务5大参考模型中的数据参考模型(datareferencemodel,DRM)和数据集成方式论述数据调度规范标准的相关内容,提出了一种政务系统数据调度框架模型。该模型能够有效的指导政务数据资源的规划和实施,已成功应用于某直辖市某区数据调度中心系统。

To ensure the government information resources can be shared and exchanged effectively, realizes the different operation system and different type government affairs data to transform and repeat use, constructs the government affairs integration finally. The relevant content of the data scheduling standards is discussed and a data scheduling framework model of E-government system is proposed based on the DRM （data reference model） and data integration ways. The framework model can instruction government affairs data resources plan and the implementation effectively and successfully applied in a certain district data scheduling control center.
