论经济衰退背景下我国石油企业海外并购策略的调整

On the Adjustment of Overseas Acquisition of China's Petroleum Enterprise under the background of Economic Reccession

受美国"次贷"危机影响,全球经济陷入衰退。国外许多石油企业资产贬值,价值被低估,股价出现大幅下挫。可以说,流动性充沛的中国石油企业迎来了并购的良机。本文通过分析世界经济衰退对石油企业实施海外并购的影响,指出当前我国石油企业实施海外并购的机遇,以及实施海外并购将面临的主要风险,并提出以突出"时效性"为核心的当前我国石油企业海外并购策略调整之见解。

Due to the global financial crisis caused by America Sub-prime loan crisis,there are many petroleum companies going through a process of asset depreciation,and it provides an opportunity for China＇s petroleum enterprise to carry out overseas acquisition.In this paper,I point out the opportunity to carry out overseas acquisition and the risks if will be faced with.
