摘要 为了克服传统航空电缆测试手段存在的效率低、精度差等弊端,研制了一种基于工控机、VC++和SQL Server2000的自动测试系统,并详细介绍了系统的整体结构以及硬件、软件设计方法;该系统利用工控机系统的强大功能,硬件采用电路模块化设计技术,实现了飞机电缆的导通测试、绝缘测试和串线测试;软件完成数据库查询、数据分析以及结果显示和存储;系统采用了现代化设计思想和手段,检测速度快、可靠性高,使航空电缆的检测实现了自动化测试。 In order to change the disadvantage about low efficiency and accuracy of the traditional test method of aeronautic cable, an automatic testing system based on industrial computer . VC+ + and SQL Server2000 was designed. The whole structure of the system and design method of hardware , software was presented. The powerful function of industrial computer and modularization design of hardware cir cult was used, turn-on, insulation and cross line test of cable has been realized; software was used, database query, data processing . display and saving has also been realized. Modern design idea and measures were adopted, the system test rapidly and had high reliability. The system made aeronautic cable test to be automatic.
