摘要
为了对油水界面进行有效检测,提出了由PC机和单片机组成的步进电机控制系统控制颜色传感器对油水界面进行检测的设计方案,包括硬件设计,软件设计和界面程序,详细介绍了利用颜色传感器检测油水界面的原理和方法,在PC机上用C++Builder6.0开发了系统的应用软件,能够通过串口向单片机发送数据产生控制信号,实现利用步进电机控制颜色传感器检测出油水界面;试验结果表明,整个系统成本低,运行平稳,可靠性好。
In order to measure efficiently the oil-water interface, the measuring system of oil-water interface based on colorimeter sensor and the design of stepper motor motion control system are presented in this paper, including the development of hardware, software and interface program. The principle and method of the measuring system of oil-water interface based on colorimeter sensor are introduced. The application software is developed with C++Builder6.0. It can communicate between microcontroller and computer by RS485. The characteristics of the designed control system including lower cost, stable running and good reliability are indicated in the experimentations.
