摘要
在某钢铁厂750m3高炉热风炉变比值燃烧控制系统中,为改善设备控制效果、缩短应用程序开发时间、提高效率,用西门子新一代PCS7过程控制系统代替传统的PLC,同时采用Profibus-DP现场总线技术构建整个控制系统,提高了系统的可靠性高和扩展性。文章主要介绍其实现方法及应用软件的开发,包括编程组态方法、监控界面设计等;经调试运行表明,该系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好。
In a steel mill 750m^3 blast furnace hot-blast stove change in the ratio of the combustion is realized by control system, in order to improve the effect of control and shorten the application development time, improve efficiency, a new generation of Siemens PCS7 process control system is adopted in place of the traditional PLC, at the same time Profibus-DP Fieldbus technology is used to build the entire control system, improved system reliability and scalability. In this paper, its implementation and application software development: including the configuration programming approach, control interface design are given. Experiment shows that the system is stable and reliable.
