摘要
美国高等教育不仅规模庞大,而且质量优秀,这与其完善的高等教育质量保障体系中的认证制度是紧密联系的。美国高等教育认证制度根植于本土社会政治、经济、文化和高等教育体系的土壤中,二战前已初步形成,二战后随着社会的变化,其认证标准、认证方法、认证政策也在不断地调整与完善。
Though the quantity of higher education in the U.S.is great,the quality of it is excellent,which is connected with accreditation system.The development of higher education accreditation system in the U.S.is rooted in the mainland of society,economy,culture and higher education.It was shaped before the World War Ⅱ,and is continuously rectified with the transformation of its surroundings after the World War Ⅱ.
