益心康泰治疗更年期综合征疗效观察

Efficacy of Yixinkangtai Capsule in Treatment of Women with Menopausal Syndrome

目的观察益心康泰胶囊对更年期综合征的治疗效果。方法183例患者随机分为治疗组94例和对照组89例,治疗组94例给予益心康泰胶囊口服,每次2粒,每日3次;对照组给予谷维素片口服,1次30~50mg,3次/d,刺五加注射液250m l静滴,1次/d。观察两种方法kupperm an指数改善情况及性激素变化。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.61%、82.02%,两组疗效比较,差异统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组对性激素变化均无明显影响。结论益心康泰胶囊对更年期综合征的治疗效果良好。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yixinkangtai Capsule in the treatment of women with menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 183 cases were assigned into two parallel groups randomly,the investigated group and the controlled group.To observe the improvement of two methods in kupperman index and gonadal hormone.Results There were 93.61 percent and 82.02 percents of the total effective rate in the investigated group and the controlled group,and there were statistical significance in therapeutic effect,but we didn＇t find evident effect in Gonadal Hormone in two groups.Conclusion Yixinkangtai Capsule had good effect in menopausal syndrome.
