在全面实施科教兴国战略的伟大实践中,确立科技知识分子第一生产力和先进生产力的主体地位,已成为十分迫切的重大理论与实践任务,它不仅是"第一生产力理论"和"先进生产力思想"的理论必然,而且也是实施科教兴国战略的实践需要。科教兴国必先国兴科教。
It has been an important and urgent theoretic and practical task for China to establish the first-productive-force and advanced-productive-force subjective position of intellectuals in the great practice of completely implementing the strategy of revitalizing China by developing science and education. It's not only a logic conclusion of The First-Productive-Force Theory and The Advanced Productive Force Thought, but also the theoretic premise of implementing the strategy of revitalizing China by developing science and education and practical foundation of constructing a total society of a fairly comfortable life. The relation between revitalizing China by developing science and education and developing science and education by China is both dialectic and unitive.
