摘要
本文介绍了ABS接枝液与α-MS-AN(α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯晴)共聚物进行乳液共混改性的研究,找出了能制备综合性能较佳的耐热ABS树脂的配方。用DSC法、PGC法和透射性电镜分别研究上述两组分的相容性和所制得之树脂的组成及相态结构。实验结果表明,α-MS-AN共聚物可改进ABS的耐热性和刚性,有利于该树脂进一步降低价格,扩大应用。此外,就ABS接枝物中橡胶粒径、含胶量等对制得树脂性能的影响进行了探讨。
The studies on the emulsion blend modifications of ABS graft latices with α-MS-AN(α-methylstyrene-acrylo-nitrile) copolymers were introduced. The formulation for producing a heat resistance ABS resin with optimal components, the composition of the resin prepared, and the microstructural morphology etc. They were demonstrated by the DSC,PGC and TEM diagrams respectively. The experimental results show that the heat resistance and rigidity of the ABS can be improved by adding α-MS-AN copolymer, and resulting in reduction of the production costs and extension in application field. Additionally, the influences of the latex particle size and the rubber contents in ABS graft latex against the properties of the resin prepared have also been investigated.
