摘要
中国高等职业教育发展呈现出好的发展势头。高等职业教育要树立科学的发展观和质量观,办出特色是高等职业学院发展的关键要素。以培养操作型、技能型、复合型技术和管理人才为目标,构建"以市场需求为导向,以职业岗位为依据,以职业能力为本位"的人才培养模式是当务之急。
Higher vocational education development in China has shown a good momentum of development. Higher vocational education should adopt the scientific concept and development concept of quality and unique is the key to the development of higher vocational colleges elements.
