摘要
临床应用输血来补充术中失血,对恢复血容量、改善携氧功能以保证手术顺利进行是必要的.肿瘤病人的免疫功能状况与疾病的发生、发展及预后有密切关系.1982年Burrows等回顾性研究提出了围手术期输血能影响癌肿病人的预后.本研究运用免疫组化方法对T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,前瞻性观察胃癌患者输血后细胞免疫功能的变化规律,探讨其变化可能发生的机制,为临床肿瘤病人慎用输血提供理论依据.
