摘要 探讨PMN-弹力蛋白酶抑制剂MDL27 324对急性胰腺炎病情演变的影响。材料和方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分成:A组,PMN-弹力蛋白酶处理组;B组,单纯诱模组;C组,MDL27 324处理组;D组,假手术组。各组动物6h后处死。取胰腺标本进行病理检查,采用Schmidt方法进行半定量分级。结果:A、B、C各组胰腺组织有不同程度的胰腺腺泡坏死、炎性细胞浸润和间质出血,程度依次减轻,其中A组炎性细胞浸润和间质出血十分显著。结论:过度激活的粒细胞在胰腺组织中浸润并大量释放的PMN-弹力蛋白酶是胰腺出血坏死不断发展的关键因素,MDL27 324具有减轻胰腺炎病理损害的作用。 To investigate the effects of PMN-elastase inhibitor MDL 27 324 on the evolution of acu-te pancreatitis. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly allocated to 4 groups: Group A,B and C were submitted to retrograde ductal infusion of sodium taurocholate to induce acute pancreatitis, while group D had sham operation only; group A received PMN-elastase and group C received MDL 27 324 in addition. The animals were sacrificed 6 hours later. Plasma and acites amylase activity were deter-mined. The histological severity were assessed by Schmidt's method. Results: Necrosis, hemorrhage and neutrophil infiltration were observed in the pancreas in group B; the lesions were enhanced in group A and were inhibited in group C. Conclusions: PMN-elastase inhibitor MDL 27 324 was showed to be able to ameliorate the pathologic changes in acute pancreatitis. Activated neutrophils and PMN-elastase releasing were considered to be participating in the evolution pancreatic injury.
