摘要
基因组学的划时代成就是从DNA组成的碱基A、G、C、T排序为切入点,了解了人类染色体的基因分布及其核苷酸序列,为揭示主宰人类生命活动的关键性物质即蛋白质的氨基酸序列提供了科学依据。在获得这项重大成就的同时,也提出了更艰巨的研究领域,即揭示以基因为枢纽表达的蛋白质为主体,基因及其表达产物与环境各种条件的互动支撑生命活动正常运转的机理。基因组学奠定了生命科学发展的基础、前提和条件,生物信息学也因此应运而生,破译所有DNA的作用与机理,将揭示生命活动的本质。
The Completion of the International Human Genome Project is a historical achievement from which it is known that the human genes mapping on the chromosomes and the sequences of nucleotides of DNA consisting of genes has been identified .It is the first time to disclose the molecular structure of critical genetic materials of human, which serve as the temple of proteins bearing the major factors for the phenotype of our living body .In the postgenomic stage a formidable challenge arise at the historic moment, so that a novel dicipline, bioinformatic is established to open up a new area for explain the information mystery about the mode of action of genes and their product, involving all kinds of protein in our body, especial the reciprocal actions between the genes and environment factor in the living condition. If it is seasonable to demonstrate that the success of genomic will be serve as the guide to stride over the bandary of informatics.
