摘要
以异戊二烯为原料,采用自制固体磷酸催化剂,经水合制备甲基异丙基(甲)酮。结果表明,在催化剂中磷酸的质量分数为65%、反应温度230℃、n(水):n(异戊二烯)=6时,水合反应具有最佳的活性,初始反应速度常数为46.7×10-6s-1。
With the self-made solid phosphoric acid catalyst,methyl isopropyl ketone can be prepared through hydration with isoprene.This experiment shows that the rate constant of hydration is 4.67×10-5 s,while the mass fraction of phosphoric acid in the catalyst is 65%,the reaction temperature is 230 ℃,n(water):n(isoprene)=6.Hydration reaction has good activity,the initial reaction constant is 46.7×10-6 s.
