摘要
从催化剂和工艺操作2方面分析了聚丙烯装置生产中细粉产生的原因,以及细粉过多时对生产的危害。结果表明,催化剂细粉含量高、运输、制备、破碎,汽蒸系统、干燥系统操作不当,反应器出口没加或少加失活剂是细粉产生的主要原因;细粉产生的过多,干燥效果差、风送系统运转困难、引起工艺系统的堵塞、影响设备的使用寿命。提出了相应解决办法及注意事项。
The polypropylene plant powder production process,accompanied by the emergence of multi-powder produced will cause blockage of process systems,affecting the life of equipment,drying effects of poor nitrogen delivery system is working difficulties which affect steady rate of device and long-period operation,high content of catalyst powder,catalyst,transportation,preparation,crushing and production operation is the main reason resulting fine powder.
