摘要
采用宏观检验、金相检验及能谱分析等方法对一起炉管爆裂事故的原因进行了分析。结果表明,炉管本身没有质量问题,但炉管在焊接时产生了裂纹,经受长期超温后引起强度下降,焊接裂纹逐步由外向内扩展,最终导致炉管爆裂。
The causes of explosion of boiler tube were analyzed by macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis,etc.The results show that there is nothing with the quality of boiler tube itself,and the cracks caused during boiler tubes having been welded undertook high temperature for long time,which made strength decrease.Eventually,the cracks extended from outside to inside,which led to explosion.
