基于结构方程模型的杭州城镇居民食品安全满意度统计评估

Statistical Evaluation to the Satisfaction of Urban Residents in Hangzhou to Food Safety based on Structural Equation

食品安全问题一直是全社会关注的焦点,尤其是在发生三聚氰胺等重大食品安全事件后,政府对食品安全更加关注,并采取了一系列措施。本文采用杭州城镇居民食品安全满意度的样本数据,运用探索性因子分析和结构方程模型,考察了杭州城镇居民对食品安全的满意程度,探索其影响因素及薄弱之处,研究得出如下主要结论:杭州城镇居民食品安全满意度总指数为63.89;居民对添加剂的使用、农药残留、重金属含量、执法力度和监管体系的满意度较低。在此基础上我们提出如下建议:增强食品信息透明度,建立食品安全信息发布平台;宣传《食品安全法》,普及食品安全知识;加大食品安全问题的惩处和法律制裁的力度。

Food safety issue has been the focus of attention of the whole society, especially in the event of melamine and other major food safety incident, the Government pays more attention to food safety and has adopted a series of measures. By the sample data on residents＇ satisfaction towards food safety and through the exploratory factor analysis and structural equation, the paper studies the satisfaction of urban residents in Hangzhou towards food safety, explores their influencing factors and weaknesses, and reaches the following conclusions： the overall satisfaction index of Hangzhou urban residents towards food safety is 63.89; the satisfaction of residents on the use of additives, pesticide residues, heavy metals, law enforcement and regulatory system is low. On this basis, it makes the following recommendations： to enhance food information transparency and establish food safety information release platform; to popularize ＂Food Security Act＂ and the knowledge of food safety; to increase punishment and legal sanction to food safety.
