Empirical Analysis of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Hainan Province

海南省基于自身特殊的地理、经济和社会因素,在产业结构方面有自己的发展特点。本文对海南省的产业结构与就业结构的变动进行一个尽量全面的梳理,在描述海南省改革开放以来产业结构与就业结构演变趋势的基础上,进行相关度、就业弹性、结构偏离度分析,研究海南省产业结构与就业结构的动态变化关系,并提出相应的政策建议。

Hainan province has its own characteristics in geography, economy and social factors that decide its development of industrial structure. This paper gives a complete description about the change in Hainan industrial and employment structure, by analyzing the trend of both structures through correlation, employment elasticity and structural deviation degree since the reform and opening up. According to the dynamic relationship study of Hainan province, it finally puts forward suggestions.
