摘要
根据弯曲摇臂和锁的结构要求,对摇臂的受力和旋转角度进行分析计算,以力FB和旋转角度δ为最小目标,建立多目标优化的数学模型,采用统一目标法中的转化设计指标法,将各个目标函数统一到总的"统一目标函数"中,然后采用Matlab语言编程求出最优解,达到满意效果.
The force and revolving angle of rocker arm are analyzed and calculated according to the structure of crooked rocker arm and lock.The mathematical model of multi-objective optimizing is established by coordinating the objectives of minimizing force and revolving angle.Objective functions are unified to a general function by changing design index methods of unified objection.The model is solved by Matlab.The solution of optimization demonstrates its effectiveness.
